Multisensory Tangible Technologies for Inclusive Collaborative Play between Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their Neurotypical Peers (NPRP13S-0108-200027 – Qatar National Research Fund, National Priority Research Program)

In this project we aim to support the education of autistic children through inclusive indoor and outdoor social games. The project follows a collaborative design approach, where key users and stakeholders are involved in the design, prototyping and evaluation processes. The development of the prototype and final product (interface) will count on the assistance of the project’s co-funders, Mada Center, Shafallah Center and Superwire, in Qatar, and the National Autistic Society (NAS), in the United Kingdom.

INSTITUTIONAL LEADER: Hamad bin Khalifa University
PARTNERS: University of Bristol, UK; MADA, QA; Shafallah Center, QA
